Meet Dr. Lorri Nichols

Dr. Lorri NicholsI admit, I was a skeptic. But after a lower back injury in college, my mom suggested that I see Dr. Dave Kreinbrook, the local chiropractor. My mother had suffered from migraine headaches for years until she discovered the benefits of chiropractic health care and insisted that I give it a chance. It was incredible. Not only did the adjustment relieve my lower back pain, but I noticed a dramatic improvement in my overall health within weeks of treatment. Meet Dr. Jolene Gagnon

Dr. Jolene GagnonChiropractic interested me so much because it was different from every other approach that I had seen. I didn't experience any miracle story but saw so many patients that were helped by a chiropractor when no one else could help them. I am a certified chiropractic extremity practitioner (CCEP) and enjoy incorporating other areas of the body outside the spine into treatments. The body works as a unit from the feet up and so treating the extremities is a whole different realm of chiropractic. Chiropractic is not only for back pain. Whether you are an athlete who is constantly challenging your body or you wish you could be more active, I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals.   read more»

Dr. Lorri Asks some important questions of interest to Federal Way residents - Chiropractor Federal Way Dr. Lorri Asks...

If you have a fever, are you sick or healthy?
Chiropractors love asking this question because it gets to the root of the chiropractic difference. Turns out fevers, vomiting, coughing and even sneezing are all healthy responses. It means your body is working correctly. Taking medications to suppress these natural processes can actually prolong your recovery.
What causes subluxations?
Chiropractors acknowledge three types of stress: physical, chemical and emotional. When the adaptive capacity of your body is compromised, weakened areas along the spine can become involved. Muscles tighten, spinal joints lock up and nearby nerves are affected. The purpose of chiropractic care is to find these areas and restore balance, alignment and motion.
